The Artisan Who Turns Fabric Into Timeless Elegance
I'm Harper, and I've been making blouses by hand for over 18 years. My journey started in my mother's tailoring shop in Charleston, South Carolina, where I grew up surrounded by bolts of cotton and the gentle hum of a sewing machine. She taught me that a truly beautiful blouse isn't about trends. It's about how it makes you feel when you button it up in the morning.
After years of working in fashion houses where everything moved too fast and too cheaply, I walked away. I wanted to slow down and make something I could be proud of. Blouses that deserve a place in your wardrobe for years, not just one season.
Each blouse begins with fabric I've personally chosen: breathable linens, soft organic cottons, and delicate silks sourced from small mills across the American South. I draft every pattern myself, cut each piece by hand, and sew every seam, button, and collar with care. A single blouse takes me around 10 hours from first cut to final press.
When you slip on one of my blouses, I want you to notice the little things. The way the collar sits just right, how the sleeves fall naturally, the softness of the fabric against your shoulders. Those small details are what separate something handmade from something mass-produced. That's what I pour my time into, and it's what makes each piece quietly special.
Every pattern drafted, every piece cut, and every seam sewn entirely by hand in my studio.
Organic cotton, fine linen, and silk sourced from small American mills I personally visit.
No throwaway fashion. Each blouse is made to stay in your wardrobe for years to come.

The Seraphina is effortlessly elegant. The loose fit drapes beautifully and it looks so much more expensive than it is. Wore it to a work lunch and felt very put together. Eyeing the Camille next.

Really impressed with the Freya. The pockets are actually useful and the fabric is thick enough to not be see-through. Wore it tucked into a skirt for work. Simple but really well made.
