The Craftsman Who Shapes Leather Into Comfort
I'm Lily, and I've been making sandals by hand for over 20 years. I grew up in a small town in New Mexico, where my father ran a leather workshop that had been in our family for three generations. As a girl, I would sit on the workshop floor sorting scraps of leather while he shaped sandals for the women in our town.
By the time I was sixteen, he trusted me to cut my own soles. By twenty, I was designing my own styles. When he retired, I took over the workshop — but I wanted to bring our family's craft to women beyond our little town. Women who care about what they put on their feet and appreciate something made with patience rather than machines.
Each pair starts with vegetable tanned leather that I source from a family run tannery in Texas. I cut every strap and sole by hand, shape them on traditional wooden lasts, and stitch everything together using the same techniques my father taught me. One pair takes roughly 7 hours of focused work. The leather will soften and mould to your feet over the first few wears. That's how you know it's real.
I don't make hundreds of pairs a month. I make a few dozen, carefully. Every sandal that leaves my workshop has my hands all over it, and I wouldn't have it any other way. When you walk in a pair of my sandals, you're carrying a piece of the American Southwest with you, and a craft that's been passed down through my family for generations.
A family craft passed down from my father and grandfather, with techniques refined over decades.
Naturally tanned hides that soften and mould to your feet with every wear.

The Evelyn ankle boots are exactly what I was looking for. The square heel is sturdy without being clunky and the pointed toe keeps them elegant. Really well made and very comfortable to walk in.

Love the Daisy suede boots. The matte finish looks so much more expensive than the price suggests. They go with everything and the vintage style adds a lovely touch to any outfit.

Our sandals are handmade with the same premium materials as luxury brands. The difference? You're not paying for a designer label.
Designer sandals with similar leather and suede construction regularly sell for $300 to $1,000 and up. Our sandals use the same quality materials, made entirely by hand with more care and attention. You're not paying $800 extra for a logo on the sole. Just honest pricing for honest work.
Our sandals are made on traditional wooden lasts and run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend going up. The vegetable tanned leather will soften and mould to your foot within the first few wears.
Yes, that is one of the best things about natural leather. The straps and sole will gradually adjust to the shape of your foot, giving you a custom fit that only gets better with wear.
Wipe them down with a damp cloth after wear. Once or twice a season, apply a small amount of leather conditioner to keep the material supple. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
With proper care, our sandals are built to last for many seasons. The vegetable tanned leather is naturally durable and ages beautifully over time.
We accept returns within 30 days for unworn sandals. If you need a different size, contact us and we will send a replacement. Free shipping applies to all exchanges.
